If they do show up, then they'll tell you that you're going to get a quick dash and splash job that just uses water.

5. Can you provide proof of insurance and a business license?
6. What steps will be included in your cleaning process?
7. How long will it take for the carpet to dry?

9. Do you offer a written, satisfaction or money back guarantee?
10. Can you verify that your cleaning solutions safe for my family and my pets?
