iHunt4 signs IP agreement
iHunt4, a leading treasure hunt software provider, and Location Reward, have signed an agreement to licence the IP from Location reward. This will enable the expedited deployment of the treasure hunt marketing software. This IP agreement enables iHunt4 to remain and grow as a separate entity.
Demand for treasure hunt software is showing strong growth, driven by the strong uptake in players using VR and AR on their devices.
The quality of the treasure hunt software and coverage are among the major commitments made by Location Reward. Both iHunt4 and Location Reward (Run Pegasus LLP) are specialists in the management and marketing of treasure hunt software. This agreement makes it possible for iHunt4 and Run Pegasus (Location Reward) to pool their expertise for the benefit of their customer base and to improve growth prospects.
The contract will enable iHunt4.com to increase the accelerated deployment of its treasure hunt mobile network and increase the density of its coverage. It will achieve this while maintaining its expertise in the design and software deployment and ensuring that the group retains the necessary mid-term investment capacity to consolidate its leadership across the entire network.
An initial 25-year IP service agreement between the two partners means that iHunt4 will benefit from the excellence of Location Rewards IP, marketing services for mobile app infrastructure and will therefore ensure that the quality of its services across the world will be maintained.
