One student will receive a scholarship toward their college fees in the 2019-2020 academic year
The Adrian Rubin Foundation will offer $1,000 towards the college fees for one stu-dent during the 2019-2020 academic year. This will be the first year the scholarship is offered, although Rubin plans to offer one scholarship per academic year from now on.
Eligible applicants include high school seniors who’ve already been accepted into a college or university, as well as current college and university students. To apply, Ru-bin is asking applicants to write a 500 word essay answering the question “How do you think technology has improved the world?”.
Once eligible applicants are ready to submit the final version of their written essays, they can visit the Adrian Rubin Foundation website. There, they can complete the on-line application and submit their essays.
The deadline for this scholarship opportunity is May 31, 2019. The Adrian Rubin Foundation scholarship committee will choose a winner in June 2019. The winner will have two weeks to respond, and when they do, the $1000 scholarship will be sent to their school’s financial aid department.
