A cross-Party delegation of MPs and Peers, led by former Commons Speaker Rt. Hon. Baroness Boothroyd and Lord Carlile of Berriew QC CBE on Monday, 27 January 2014 met with Mrs Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, at the Council's headquarters in Auvers-sur-Oise, north of Paris. This meeting was arranged at the initiative of the British Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom, jointly chaired by Lord Carlile and David Amess MP and supported by a majority of MPs and 200 Members of the House of Lords.

Mrs Rajavi praised the support of the UK Parliament for the Iranian people and Resistance and said that the Iranian regime, which was forced to take one step back over its nuclear weapons projects, is now facing widespread internal crises and in order to balance this has stepped up suppression and executions and its meddling in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen and other regional countries to unprecedented levels. Furthermore, it is putting all its strength into massacring the residents of Camp Ashraf and Camp Liberty through its mercenaries in Iraq and is simultaneously using the international community's weak response to continue to cover up its nuclear weapons projects.

The delegation strongly condemned the dire human rights situation in Iran including at least 660 official cases of executions, two thirds of which took place in the term of Rouhani. They pointed out the human rights situation had deteriorated under Rouhani, with at least 40 people being executed in Iran in the first two weeks of 2014.

The Parliamentary Committee reiterated that despite the Geneva agreement, Tehran's attempts to obtain nuclear weapons is an issue of serious concern, and in order to allay concerns the final agreement must implement the UN Security Council Resolutions and ensure that Iran halts all uranium enrichment and accepts the Additional Protocol.

The Parliamentarians reiterated that in the term of the regime's new President, the human rights situation and basic freedoms and the regime's meddling policies in the region have reached critical levels. This shows that Rouhani's sole purpose is to save the regime in which he has held very senior security and military roles for 30 years. They strongly condemned the trips to Iran by UK and other Parliamentarians who are known lobbies of the mullahs, which only encourage to the Iranian regime to step up killings and suppression. They reiterated that these parliamentarians do not represent the UK Parliament and majority members of the Parliament support establishment of democracy and freedom in Iran.

While declaring their solidarity with the PMOI members in Camp Liberty who have faced repeated massacres and deadly attacks in the past year, the UK delegation strongly criticised the UK government for its inaction towards their plight. They said that the UK as the second-largest member of the Coalition that went into Iraq is fully responsible for the security and well-being of the residents and must use its influence in the UN Security Council to uphold the security and well-being of the Iranian refugees in Camp Liberty. They called for the release of the seven Ashraf hostages and the urgent transfer of the residents to the US, UK and European countries. They further called for security provisions to be allowed into Camp Liberty and urged the UN to station permanent monitors in the camp. The delegation said it is imperative for the UN to carry out a clear and impartial investigation into the 1 September 2013 massacre at Camp Ashraf in order to prevent a repeat of the crimes and urged the upcoming Human Rights Council session to put this on its agenda.

The delegation described the Iranian regime's meddling in the region, in particular in Iraq and Syria, and Tehran’s involvement in Syria's political future as dangerous and said that Mrs Rajavi's proposal to evict the Iranian regime from Syria is the only solution to the crisis. They added that the brutal suppression of the people of Iraq and the summary executions carried out in this country by Nuri Maliki under the guidance and with the support of the Iranian regime is the flip side of the massacre of Liberty residents. The delegation urged the international community to not allow Maliki to murder his opponents and set the stage for his third term as Prime Minister under the guise of combating Al-Qaeda.

The cross-Party Parliamentary delegation strongly criticised the misinformation propagated against the organised Iranian opposition, especially the residents of Camp Liberty, and said it had a sinister political motive to appease Tehran and paved the way for further attacks and massacre of Liberty residents. They reiterated that based on their extensive experience, the PMOI, the Iranian Resistance, its President-elect and her 10-point plan were the best guarantor of democracy and human rights in a future Iran and peace and stability in the region and world.

Torrance, CA - 1/5/2013. Local CPR training facility pairs up with big-box store ‘Babies-R-Us’ to offer free CPR classes to residents of Torrance and surrounding areas.

With the last event being deemed a huge success with over thirty people showing up to learn CPR from trained professionals, the South Bay CPR Training Center and Babies-R-Us is extending the opportunity for anyone to learn CPR by hosting even more events. Classes are now being offered every two months on Sunday of every other month (March, May, July, September, November at Babies-R-Us, located at 20120 Hawthorne Blvd. Torrance, CA 90503.

This event is ideal for residents living in or around Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Lawndale, Gardena, Long Beach and any neighboring South Bay communities. No registration is required for the event at this time.

Dcmmoguls.com has learned of a massive crime sweep of one of Europe's most notorious online fraud rings. The criminals worked across 30 countries for the past 24 months using Ransomware to extort money from personal computer users.

Europol explains that Ransomware is a computer virus that paralyzes the computer it has infected. It displayed a message claiming that the culprits were agents with Europol who had discovered illegal materials or activity on the machines. They promised to restore the computers if the victim payed a 100 euro ($130) fine.

Information obtained by Dcmmoguls.com shows that 3% of the victims of the online scam paid the fine. Given the number of victims that the gang targeted, that means that amount stolen has surpassed several million euros. Unfortunately, despite their best estimates, authorities say they never know how many people were targeted by the fraud because many victims are reluctant to report. The virus they used had almost 50 mutations, which made it nimble enough to breach most anti-virus software.

The leader of the gang was a 27-year-old Russian citizen who was arrested last year in the United Arab Emirates. Spanish police finally caught up to 10 gang members operating out of Costa del Sol, authorities tell Dcmmoguls.com. Of those arrested, six were Russians. Two were from the Ukraine and two were Georgia nationals.

Europol believe that the leader developed the virus. His co-conspirators handled the accounting, that is, they laundered the stolen funds via electronic transfers to Russian banks.

Ransomware has also started to strike in the United States. One cyber security expert told Dot Come Media that cyber attacks frequently target financial institutions, and that the banks are terrified. Sometimes they even pay to regain control of their systems.

Banks are not the surprising victims of Ransomware. Dcmmoguls.com has uncovered news reports stating that a New England police department was extorted. When someone opened malicious e-mail attachment, the virus infected the police station's computer system and held it hostage.

The CryptoLocker virus is the virus that has been attacking Microsoft Windows in the United States, including the attack on police. Once unleashed, the Trojan horse malware encrypts specific files not only on the computer it initially infects, but also the other computers on a network. That is why it able to totally incapacitate financial institutions and police departments.

The computer freezes, displaying a message window which tells the victim he or she must pay, or the encrypted files will be permanently deleted at the expiration of a timeline. Victims of the fraud are frequently forced to pay in Bitcoin, a virtual currency favored by criminal organizations for it's ease of laundering.

Dcmmoguls.com comments that what makes Ransomware so scary is that it can slip right past anti-viral software. What's more, some experts say that the only way to regain access to the locked files is to pay the ransom. That is because Ransomware is strong enough withstand a brute force defensive attack.

Dcmmoguls.com offers it's insight on the JC Penney website debacle. The Southern California web marketing firm says that the New York Times article on the retailers disastrous run-in with Google showcases exactly why business should rely on organic SEO strategy rather than short term oriented techniques that risk running afoul of search engine policy.

The New York Times reports that last winter, JC Penney reached high Google search engine ranking for an infrequently high number of search terms. The retail giant's website ranked high for general search terms like “home decor” and “area rugs.” The rapid rise in rank was eventually exposed as a hotbed of “Black Hat” strategies.

“Black hat gets fast results,” comments Dcmmoguls.com, “but organic White Hat SEO is the only way to achieve long term success.” The agency reviewed the New York Times article and agrees with the finding that JC Penney's association with link farms. While building links is an integral part of every effective SEO strategy, Dot Com Media stresses that links must be relevant. JC Penney got caught phrases and website pages tacked to link farms-- irrelevant websites that serve only to provide a trove of links to fraudulently drive up search engine ranking.

“Google and Bing want their results to be authentic,” says Dcmmoguls.com. “If marketers simply buy links or stuff key words into the content, search engines will know and they won't reward you for it.” They may in fact punish you for it, as Google did JC Penney by dropping the company’s website severely once the link farms were discovered.

Key words should definitely be placed in the headers. Whatever your website is about, each page header should include the relevant key terms expressed simply. That way web crawlers can tell what the page is about right away. That helps the web crawlers place your site higher on the results page.

Other techniques that Dcmmoguls.com cautions against include simple errors that destroy the quality of the content. Key word stuffing is a common error. While use of SEO key words is essential, over-using them leads search engines to conclude that you are just trying to trick the web crawler. It damages the results, as does placing duplicate content on multiple pages. If two pages have the same content, only one page will be indexed by the search engine.

It is far better, says Dcmmoguls.com, to carefully use key words so that each repetition of a key word fits properly into the structure of the sentence. They also design client websites by maximizing the potential to build high quality links whenever possible and creating original content that the web crawlers recognize as authentic material.

Another key tactic is to include meta tags, are used by online marketers to provide information about a page that human visitors to the page are unable to see. Meta tags are only readable to web crawlers. A meta tag can simply lists keywords for your site. It should be noted that many search engines skip meta tags entirely because some people used them to exploit search engines in the past.
