Pacific Palisades, CA, 9 March 2018 -- BudTrader.com Passes One Million Users! The world’s largest online legal cannabis classified ad marketplace, announced via it’s Instagram page (@realbudtrader) that it has surpassed one million registered users and continues to reach milestones at a faster rate than any comparable site in the realm of cannabis tech. The BudTrader team and a star studded VIP guest list celebrated the milestone with a private party at a residence in Pacific Palisades California. BudTrader.com was purchased in 2016 by current CEO Brad McLaughlin, and in 18 months the platform has had an incredible amount of momentum. Weedmaps, Leafly and Massroots, three titans in the cannabis industry that have been established for years, each also claim around one million registered users. “From the moment I took the helm at BudTrader, I’ve had my eye on the milestone of one million users,” said CEO Brad McLaughlin. “I’m thrilled to see such great momentum and traction for BudTrader in the cannabis space. We are committed to continue to give our growing base of users an exceptional experience buying and selling cannabis related products and services on our site. With the official launch of our new Verified User program, we are able to offer BudTrader users even more security and transparency than ever.” In addition to one million registered users, BudTrader received over 2,500 applications for the beta test of its Verified User program within the first 2 months of 2018. The site announced the public release of the program yesterday. Once an account has been verified by BudTrader, a Verification Badge will display on all ads posted by that user. This signals to potential buyers that the seller has been vetted by BudTrader. This program comes on the heels of once popular dispensary locator Weedmaps.com receiving a cease and desist letter from the state of California ordering them to discontinue promoting unlicensed and illegal cannabis businesses and dispensaries. “I’m not going to comment on Weedmaps, I’m only focused on BudTrader and our business” stated the BudTrader top boss. The next project for the BudTrader team is preparing for an upcoming IPO in Canada. “Budtrader Canada or BudTrader.ca is growing rapidly. The time is right for a budtrader IPO in Canada with our great neighbors to the north,” said McLaughlin. BudTrader.com’s cannabis classifieds marketplace is currently available in the 29 states where cannabis is legal, as well as Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. The brand also went international with the successful launch of BudTrader Canada in January of this year.

Los Angeles, CA, April 2nd, 2016 -- Protecting oneself from electromagnetic fields (EMF) is both more urgent and more common than ever before.

Cell phones, tablets, laptops, body-worn electronics and other everyday devices expose the human body to electromagnetic fields at home and at work. Over time, people are exposed to a vast amount of radiation.

While the full effects of long-term exposure are still being researched, there’s evidence that electromagnetic fields cause headaches, eye strain, fatigue, nausea and overall lack of energy. Cell phones, for example, cause irreversible effects that are similar to micro-wave cooking.

The way to protect oneself from electro-smog is to use EMF protection and cell phone EMF protection devices.

“Many people that contact us already have symptoms. Others want to safeguard their health. And some people are just curious. The market is full of different EMF protection products. This is why it’s important to choose the one that really works,” said (person’s name), (title) of Working Vibes Research, a Los Angeles-based company that develops cutting-edge EMF protection products.

Vortex Bio Shield, a new radiation protector by Working Vibes Research, does EMF protection by filtering and neutralizing these waves that all of us are nowadays exposed to both at home and at work. Float Clubs LLC, a California LLC in good standing, filed a DBA and obtained a business license for a new center for REST, restricted environmental stimulation therapy, named Float Carlsbad, at 880 Carlsbad Village Drive, Suite 102

Carlsbad, CA, December 21th, 2015 -- Carlsbad is about to get its first float center. Float Clubs LLC filed a DBA with the County of San Diego and obtained a business license in the city of Carlsbad to operate Float Carlsbad. The owner, Larry Roberts, also reported he applied for a tenant improvement building permit on December 19, 2015.

“We’re very excited about this new venture,” said Larry Roberts, owner of Float Carlsbad. “We filed for our building permit, and we expect to be under construction in late January. We should be ready for a soft opening in early April and a grand opening to coincide with the Carlsbad Village Faire on May 1, 2016.”

Once completed, Float Carlsbad will be the first center in Carlsbad for restricted environmental stimulation therapy, also known as floating.

Floating is a holistic health practice that enhances mind, body, and spirit. If practiced regularly, floating provides real benefits that accrue over time.

Floating has the same benefits as regular meditation, but the effect is greatly enhanced by the environment with no distractions. Floaters gain direct, unfettered access to their minds, allowing an exponential deepening of meditation’s positive effects.

Since the salt-water tank eliminates the pressure from the constant pull of gravity, the body can relax in ways not possible outside the tank. Further, the sterile environment of Epsom salts has many benefits for the skin.

About Larry Roberts and Float Carlsbad

Larry Roberts is the owner of Float Carlsbad, a center for REST, restricted environmental stimulation therapy (AKA sensory deprivation tanks). Pioneered by John Lily in the 1950s, floating in sterile salt-water tanks can be enjoyed by everyone at Float Carlsbad’s state-of-the-art facility.

As the U.S. continues to be torn about its immigration policies on one hand, the American Dream of working in Hollywood lives on as the ultimate stop for actors around the globe. Chilean actress Lisette Lastra, now living in Los Angeles, has just completed shooting her first film Celine.

Los Angeles, CA, Dec 9th, 2015 -- Chilean actress Lisette Lastra dreamed of being a professional film actor since she was a small child and is now fulfilling that dream as an up-and-comer in Hollywood. She has just finished shooting her first film in Los Angeles titled Celine. This film is about a man who kills his girlfriend, but in his mind believes she's still alive. Lisette plays the girlfriend. The film, currently in post-production, is scheduled to be completed in January of 2016.

When asked about her favorite or most interesting aspect of the film, she softly shares, "There’s a key scene in it where I have to be dancing as if someone took over my soul. It’s very abstract, and Jerry [Director Jerry Hoffman] let me play a lot with it. He gave me freedom to do what I wanted. The location was great, too. We shot at a private beach in Orange County."  Of course, hanging out on a private beach in sunny California is another popular dream which Lisette is getting to live out.

Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Lisette spent a year studying and working in New York City. She then packed her bags and headed to Los Angeles to set out in earnest to become a Hollywood actor, starting by fulfilling another of her lifelong ambitions -- to study at the internationally-renowned school The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in West Hollywood.  Joining the ranks of many other top industry talents, Lisette completed the signature two-year training program at Strasberg which focuses on a method acting technique that has guided countless famed actors over the years.

In Lisette's home country of Chile, she appeared in several Chilean films which received positive reviews and for which her work was always praised. Her sculptured porcelain facial features betray the type of role she is most often cast in – the girlfriend.

The film In the Comfort in the Distance features Lisette as a girlfriend of the movie’s lead character – really, an ex-girlfriend in this case. And in The Magnetic Tree, Lisette also plays a girlfriend. Not to mention again, the 2016 film Celine, as the dancing girlfriend.

Personally, Lisette Lastra is a down-to-earth, loving, kind, quiet person with a deep and rich inner life that comes through in her work. For more information about Lisette Lastra, contact Smart Girls PR at 818/907-6511.

Bollywood Actor Shravan Jasti gave up following the family business to pursue his dream of becoming a film actor. He is studying around the world, including at the famed Strasberg Institute in Hollywood, California. His latest film project “Okka Ammayi Kathah” is being shot in India under the banner of Cineteria Productions and directed by Arun Kumar. It will be finished in 2016 and is scheduled for release during Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights.

Los Angeles, CA, Dec 9th, 2015 -- Shravan Jasti is a young actor from Hyderabad, India, who chose to follow his dream of becoming an actor instead of taking his expected place in the family business. His most recent film project is a role in a romantic comedy being filmed in India under the banner of Cineteria Productions, “Okka Ammayi Kathah,” directed by Arun Kumar. It will be finished in 2016 and scheduled for release during Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights. The movie is being shot in Ramoji Film City, certified by Guinness World Records as the largest film production studio in the world, spread across 2000 acres.

The actor often travels for his acting, both to study at renowned acting schools and to work professionally. He recently lived in Los Angeles for a period of time while studying at the famed Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

Jasti's earlier acting work was done in India's Tollywood, a sibling to the Bollywood industry.Tollywood, one of the three largest film producers in India, dates back to 1921 and is the Teluga language cinema of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Bollywood is the name for the Hindi language film industry based in Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay.

As India's long film history becomes more well-known, their influence grows as well. In an interview with the young actor, Jasti states thathis decision to study at Hollywood's Lee Strasberg Institute was influenced greatly by an actor friend with whom he had studied in India. Many well-known Indian actors have trained there, and both sides of the world have a growing influence on each other.

In considering the differences he has observed in Bollywood acting styles compared to Hollywood, Shravan said Indian movies are very sentimental with a lot of emotional depth. He notes that actors in India are expected to dance, do their own stunts, and sometimes sing. In Hollywood stunt men and stand-ins are often used where appropriate, although he has noticed recently that more Hollywood actors are doing their own stunts. Jasti is currently taking a dancing class to help him in future film assignments, as he believes it is important to always expand your skills for acting roles.

As his career continues to be more and more demanding, Jasti admits that one of the greatest challenges he faces is being able to handle the constant pressure of remaining composed and attentive on a chaotic set -- specifically in maintaining what he believes matters most, inner peace.

“Having a way to get centered and peaceful is so important to a career, no matter what level, in the beginning as well as when you are famous. I meditate in the morning and start off my day with gratitude and affirmation. That gives me so much peace, love and happiness. If you are not content with what you have, you are not going to receive more."

Jasti believes his dedicated devotion to meditation is key to his ability to achieve the key to good acting, preparation. Having a strong imagination and living in the moment will pay off, but everything works out better if the research and homework are right. Shravan recalls one example of preparation early in his career which, in retrospect, seems rather extreme. He played an impoverished friend of a war veteran and “starved myself for a few days while the summer heat in India drained the life out of me”.

When fans and industry professionals mention Jasti’s work, they often mention his inclination toward comedy. In fact, one of his credits is “Transcendental Meditation Comedy." He is quick to point out, however, that his basic goal is to offer versatility and to maximize his cultural eccentricity. He believes, "Acting is a powerful way to influence culture with the potential to change the world for the better."

It seems this handsome young Indian actor brings not only the comedy that he is known as an actor, but the depth and soul that one might wish for from an actor aspiring out to change the world for the better.
